thoughts about the government…

Wednesday, December 7th, 2005

While I was driving I had this thought….we’ve always criticized that the government isn’t doing enough to help its people…improve their lives…solve their problems…etc.
But what about if we reached a stage where fixing the problems is nearly impossible?
Imagine a soccer or a basketball team that has been losing for as far as people could remember, they coach has been the same but his staff keeps on changing…and now the new generation expect the team to do really good and start winning…what should the coach do….or rather…what should be done to the coach….or should we just forget about this team and train the new generation to replace this team and win?
Just a few mixed thoughts…

Sunday, December 4th, 2005

The following is taken from cbird’s mozilla blog :
“There are now more than 2 million people enjoying a better web experience with Firefox 1.5. Demand continues to be high, greatly exceeding what we saw last year with the release of Firefox 1.0. The quick uptake of Firefox 1.5 is a tribute to the thousands of passionate consumer advocates that continue to work tirelessly to deliver a better web experience for people worldwide.

(Stay tuned for the launch of our community marketing campaigns and for more details on download counts and other stats.)”

I highly recomment that you download and try firefox, its available on both windows and linux whichever you prefer.

Cheers!
